Sample 100+ Spirits and Brews at Craft, Draft & Bites at the Wellington Amphitheater
November 7, 2017 | bridge
Funky Buddha Brewery in Oakland Park. Clyde May's Whiskey in Alabama. Whistlepig Distillery in Vermont. These are just a few of the craft purveyors of libations who will come to the Wellington Amphitheater for Craft, Draft & Bites. This three-day event celebrates artisan spirits, brews, wines, and food, some locally sourced and others from around the country.
The fun begins on Friday, November 17th with a Best of Bourbon Tasting Seminar. For $30, you can try nips of bourbons such as Yellow Rose Outlaw and Eagle Rare while you learn more about how they're created. Later, enjoy live music, mixology workshops, and demos. The bash continues the following day with tastings of tequila and rye whiskey, more cocktail-mixing demos and competitions, and a concert by The Alter Eagles, an Eagles tribute band. More of the same cap off the weekend on Sunday, so you have even more opportunities to taste-test and watch mixology masters work come Sunday. Tickets start at $10 with extra fees for tasting seminars.
